Coda Signature’s new women-led executive board is a powerhouse of corporate experience

Legacy cannabis edibles brand Coda Signature has announced a powerhouse of executive board appointments that expand its women-led structure. The latest appointments reflect decades of executive leadership from the likes of PepsiCo, General Electric, and Bacardi USA as the company projects double-digit growth in the Colorado market in 2022.

The Colorado company has appointed Maigread Eichten to CEO, Jessica Urbaniak to CFO, and Amber Milos to CMO. Eichten has previously served on Coda’s board of directors and spent over 30 years in executive leadership roles from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Urbaniak comes from a role in financial management at General Electric and Milos comes from a senior leadership background working for brands under beverage giant Bacardi USA.

The new appointments are just one of many recent changes Coda Signature has employed. Last year, the company released ten new products as part of their “experience first” line. The new year is kicking off with new product lines and branding, including trial-size packaging for dispensary point of sale displays to facilitate new consumer discoveries. Their 5 mg edibles package features a two-pack of the brand’s French Fruit Notes, which are now available for wholesale.

Between Eichten’s experience managing corporate investment and venture capital arenas, Urbaniak’s work enabling companies to scale operations, and Milos’ deep understanding of heavily-regulated industries, the new appointments represent an upward trajectory for the brand, despite a slowing down of the Colorado market. The women-led suite is now focused on innovation related to consumer packaged goods and developing new revenue streams.

Expansion into other emerging North American markets is in the works.
