Kiaro is taking consumer education to the next level

Kiaro Holdings Corp, a Vancouver-based cannabis retailer and distributor, unveiled “Ask Kiaro Anything,” a program that will allow consumers to schedule one-on-one information sessions. Interested parties will fill out a questionnaire beforehand so that Kiaro can hook them up with a budtender, or “pathfinder,” who has specific and in-depth knowledge about their areas of concern. Virtual sessions are an option.

Kiaro describes the experience on their website: “Imagine chatting with a friend about anything and everything cannabis related. No question is off limits.”

The new program is exemplary of the Canadian company’s thoughtful outreach to the cannacurious. On the Kiaro website, budtenders share their first experiences with cannabis, accompanied by fun photos and welcoming text: “Our singular purpose is to do whatever it takes to ensure that you have a safe first, a positive first, and an unforgettable first.”

“It’s a foundational goal of ours to help both new and experienced consumers on their journey with cannabis,” said Eleanor Lynch, Kiaro’s Chief Operating Officer. “With A.K.A., we hope to eliminate the stigma or confusion surrounding cannabis, and leave people feeling informed. For experienced users who may have questions about newly regulated products our team is here to help navigate these new cannabis experiences.”
