Michigan dispensary will be the first in state to offer cannabis plants for home growers

Pure Options announced they will be the first Michigan cannabis dispensary that can sell cannabis clones to the public. In celebration, they will be dropping two exclusive strains, Kush Mints and Watermelon Zkittles, for free on November 26th.

Beginning at 9 am, every customer that purchases at least $50 in Pure Options flower or pre-rolls, or Northcoast Extracts concentrates or cartridges, will receive a one-time use coupon code for their choice of plant. The promotion is only until supplies last and the free clone must be ordered by November 28th to qualify.

The small-batch inventory contains 200 clones available at PureClones.com. Customers must come to the Pure Options Frandor Provisioning Center to pick up their plants in person.

The general public can purchase clones starting November 29th.

Pure Options is a fast-growing company that employs over 380 Michigan cannabis workers across cultivation, retail, and administration. They offer over 50 strains of locally-grown cannabis.

“We are not threatened by people growing their own cannabis plants,” said Sam Usman Jr., the founder of Pure Options.  “In fact, we welcome this new avenue for our customers. Our team finds it to be fun and exciting, and we look at it as opening access to the people. The customer who buys clones is a different customer than the one who buys cannabis from us. They may consume more, and they are more enthusiastic about the product and the process. We want people to grow cannabis at home and we are going to help facilitate the experience through the sale of clones. Other organizations are actively fighting to keep home growers out of the process.”
