Top-selling cannabis beverage brands to watch in 2022

Spring is in full swing across the country! The weather is heating up and everyone is looking forward to enjoying outdoor events and activities. Since thirst-quenching cannabis beverages are going to be part of these warm-weather activities for many consumers, it’s the perfect time to check out some of the year’s top THC sodas and other cannabis beverages.

Infused beverages represent a small, and static share of total cannabis edibles sales, bringing in just 6% of total edibles sales across BDSA-tracked markets (AZ, CA, CO, FL, IL, MD, MA, MI, MO, NV, OR, PA) in Q4 2021. That said, THC beverages are on the rise.

The top beverage growth markets tracked by BDSA were  California, Illinois, Massachusetts, and Missouri, with these four states seeing beverages more than double their dollar sales between Q4 2020 and Q4 2021. Beverage sales also launched in the Florida medical and Michigan adult-use markets in 2021, where they have already made an impact, bringing in ~$1.5 million in sales for Q4 2021. Here are some of the top-selling cannabis beverages.

LEVIA

LEVIA has dominated the cannabis beverage space in Massachusetts with its popular line of infused seltzers. Bringing in ~50% of beverage dollar sales in MA for October 2021-January 2022, LEVIA ranked number one by dollar sales in this period in MA and number three across all BDSA-tracked markets per BDSA Retail Sales Tracking.
