Powered by Pioneer Intelligence’s consumer engagement Heat Index rankings, we slice the data to see which California-only pre-rolls have spiked their website activity in March ahead of Green Tuesday (4/20).
Building web traffic with consumers can become increasingly difficult against the instant gratification of social media or broad product discovery and ordering sites like I Heart Jane. The top ten this week have leveraged an array of content tools, including blog posts and inspiring videos, to drive traffic to their sites.
Caliva dominated in the #1 spot with a Heat score of 823.5, nearly 170 points ahead of its closest competitor. This is likely because Caliva has been priming the market with a month-long celebration claiming “deals on deals on deals!” Their website has a depth of information about their company, their retail menus, and a featured blog to draw traffic.
THC Design took second spot with a gorgeous, high-functioning website that allows customers an easy way to order products for delivery and features a blog with well-written, meaningful content. In looking at these sites, we see frequent common denominators of curated blog content, options for direct ordering, and automatic video streams that are compelling and quick to load. Loudpack did an amazing job with the video that chronicles their products from start to finish. Female-focused Her Highness has a luxe vibe; consumers can order many of their products directly from the stylish, graphic website.
